Raising money to build an animal shelter in Ternopil

We've been trying to raise money to build an animal shelter in our home city Ternopil, Ukraine for a few years and we can't give up on our dream!

We have no other choice, since our local authority ignores the problem especially in terms of abandoned cats. Volunteers and volunteer organizations like us rescue, provide medical treatment, spay / neuter, socialize, protect from violent behaver and find a new home for stray cats and dogs in our home city after work hours. Our efforts become exhausting and our abilities are very limited due to the lack of the animal shelter in our city, where we could temporary locate animals until they find their forever homes with loving and responsible people. Our own homes are just incapable of taking them all and it's breaking our hearts...

Please help us raise money to build an animal help center to give a chance for more animals in need by becoming our patron!
There are 6 tier options starting as low as $4 per month, or you can make a custom pledge (see the option at the bottom of the page). 

As of December 1st, 2021, we already gathered 211,825 UAH (equivalent of about $7,787). We need at least $29,000 more to purchase the building. Further costs will be evaluated based on the state of the building and necessary changes to fit the needs of the animal shelter.

We regularly provide reports and updates on the total amount gathered manually on our Ukrainian version of the page, where you can also find yearly statements from the bank account at the bottom of the page.
